TERMSOF USE.
These Terms establish the rules for using our website, requesting information and participating in Regentide wellness services.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of regentidewellnesslife.com and the wellness education, consultation, coaching and related services offered by Regentide Wellness Life (“Regentide,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
Your agreement with Regentide.
By accessing or using the website, submitting information, requesting a consultation, purchasing or participating in a service, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Additional program descriptions, informed-consent documents, payment terms or written service agreements may apply. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement controls for that service.
Who may use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Regentide programs are designed primarily for adults over 50, although website information may be viewed by other adults.
You may not use the website or services where prohibited by law. If you use Regentide on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
What Regentide provides.
Regentide offers general wellness education and coaching that may address nutrition-informed habits, healthy-weight support, movement, recovery, stress, confidence, accountability, purpose and other lifestyle goals.
Program availability, format, frequency, personnel and included materials may change. A website description is an invitation to request information and does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a particular coach or a specific outcome.
Wellness coaching is not healthcare.
Regentide does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy or clinical exercise prescription. Website content and coaching are not substitutes for care from an appropriately licensed professional.
- Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of information obtained from Regentide.
- Consult your healthcare professional before making significant nutrition or activity changes, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, have mobility limitations or experience unexplained symptoms.
- In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Do not use a website form, email or coaching session for emergency assistance.
Unless separately stated in writing, participation does not create a physician-patient, dietitian-patient, therapist-client or other licensed clinical relationship.
Your participation and decisions remain your own.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and reasonably complete information.
- Inform your coach of relevant limitations or changes that may affect safe participation, without using general forms for urgent medical information.
- Obtain professional clearance when requested or reasonably appropriate.
- Use your own judgment and stop an activity if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or another concerning symptom.
- Participate respectfully and follow reasonable program, scheduling and communication rules.
- Protect any account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
You remain responsible for your choices, actions and compliance with advice from your licensed healthcare professionals.
Program-specific financial terms.
Pricing, billing frequency, included sessions, rescheduling, cancellation, refund and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase or in the applicable service agreement. You agree to review those terms before authorizing payment.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are in U.S. dollars.
- You authorize the selected payment provider to process approved charges.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information.
- Missed-session, late-cancellation and refund rules, if any, are governed by the program terms presented at enrollment.
Regentide may correct pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order or enrollment before services are delivered, with an appropriate refund of amounts charged for undelivered services.
Email, forms and electronic records.
You consent to receive transactional and administrative communications electronically, including responses to inquiries, scheduling notices, service updates, agreements and receipts. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address.
Marketing email or text messages will be sent only as permitted by law and applicable consent. Providing a telephone number through a general form does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing text messages unless the form clearly states otherwise. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages through the method provided in the communication.

External providers maintain their own terms.
The website may link to or integrate third-party hosting, forms, analytics, scheduling, communications, payment or social-media services. Regentide does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or independent practices.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
The website and services are provided without guarantees.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” REGENTIDE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY AND RESULTS.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free; that every piece of information is complete or current; that a program will be suitable for every person; or that participation will produce weight loss, improved health, longevity, rejuvenation or any other specific outcome.
Testimonials, examples and descriptions illustrate individual experiences or program concepts and are not promises that another person will obtain the same result.
Limits permitted by applicable law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGENTIDE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, CONTENT OR SERVICES.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regentide’s total aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Regentide for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event. For claims relating only to free website use, aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Responsibility for misuse.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Regentide and its owners, affiliates, personnel, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights or material misrepresentation.
When access may end.
You may stop using the website at any time. Regentide may suspend or terminate access, decline enrollment or discontinue a service if you violate these Terms, create a safety or security risk, misuse services, fail to pay authorized fees or if continued participation is no longer appropriate within our nonclinical scope.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification and governing law—will continue to apply.
How disputes will be addressed.
Before filing a formal claim, you and Regentide agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through written communication sent to the contact address below.
Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any judicial proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wake County, North Carolina, and the parties consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
This version does not require private arbitration or contain a class-action waiver. Any future addition of those provisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel and presented with appropriate notice.
Additional legal provisions.
- Changes: We may update these Terms. The effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
- Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without written consent. Regentide may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring or transfer of business.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable service agreement form the entire agreement concerning their subject matter.
- Headings: Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of a provision.
